Hello everyone I'm  subaash Chhetri and onequestion I get asked a lot is, "How did you get verified with such little subs?"Which is a rude way  to ask that.. However, I'm here to explain the differences between YouTube verification, the YouTube, verification badge, and how I gotverified on YouTube. (Subaash)

First it's important, we distinguish between general  YouTubeverification and the YouTube verification badge. Most channels arealready verified here on YouTube. However, to check go to youtube.com/verify  this just enables your account more features such as unlimited uploading,custom thumbnails, etc. However, it does not mean that you are eligible for the YouTube verification badge. what exactly does the YouTube verification badge do? this is what YouTube has to say about it.

When you see a verification check mark next to a YouTube channel's name, it means that the channel belongs to an established creator or is the official channel of a brand, business, ororganization. Verification badges don't affect search results for the channel or grant access to additional  youTube features. To recap the badge is just a cosmetic item and in no way helps you do better on YouTube it's just a check mark. in the past YouTube really didn't have that strict requirements on YouTube verification.
However, since then they've added some new eligibility requirements  directly from YouTube once your channel gets a hundred thousand subscribers you're eligible to submit a request to YouTube for a verification badge.

TYPES OF VERIFICATION ON YOUTUBE :

I. OAC - Official Artist Channel

You can Verify your channel as a Artist on YouTube . After verification you'll get music tick mark on your channel . You can get this verification with 0 subscriber on your channel.

To be eligible for an Official Artist Channel, your channel has to meet the following requirements:
 

-Own and operate a YouTube channel that represents one artist or band
 

-Have at least 3 official releases on YouTube delivered and distributed

-If you've already released your 3 music on streaming platform then you  should mail youtube :
( if you haven't released yet, Learn this)
